Jimmy
Ingram said that Motton Wynn is his uncle.
Ingram said that on Thursday 05-27, 1993, Wynn took Ingram to see his
mother in the hospital. Ingram said that
he last saw Wynn on Friday evening (05-28-92) around 4:30 PM and that he was
working on a car in his driveway. Ingram
said he thought the car belonged to one of the church ladies.
Jimmy
Ingram was asked about a young b/f that had been around the Wynn house. He said that he thought Wynn was “jiving” him about a 15 year old hanging around him. Ingram said Wynn told him the young girl
wanted him (Wynn) to carry her riding in his car. Ingram said that Wynn told him all she wanted
was money. Ingram said that he never saw
the girl in person. Wynn was supposed to
have told Ingram that she girl was 15 years old.
Ingram
said that he notice the Wynn car was not at the residence on Saturday,
05-29-93, when he went to the store at Lehi about 8:00 AM.
Ingram
said that his aunt, Viola Collins, had called the Wynn residence but no one had
answered the phone. Ingram said that she
had then called him to check on Mr. Wynn.
Jimmy
Ingram, along with Othanier Johnson, discovered the Wynn house dark, the front
door locked and the back door open.
These 2 persons said they then stopped a passing wrecker and had the
driver notify the Sheriff’s Department that they thought something was wrong at
the Wynn residence.
Both
subjects told responding officer, Dep. David Sanders, that they had not entered
the residence when they found the back door open.
