On
06-21-93, at approximately 0750 hours, I contacted Will Folkes, employed by the
West Memphis Parks Commission regarding a softball tournament which Anthony
Griffin said he watched at the ball field across from Schnider Truck Lines on
Saturday, 05-29-93.
Mr.
Folkes said that there was a softball tournament held that weekend. Folkes said that it was not a Parks Dept.
sponsored tournament, but was sponsored or directed by an individual. Folkes said that it was an adult tournament
which lasted Saturday and Sunday that weekend.
