NARRATIVE:
On the above listed date and time
the investigating officer met with the Complainant at the Lehi
Exxon in reference to welfare of the Victim.
The complainant and the officer then went to the victims
residence which is located on Hwy 147 behind the lehi
Texaco. Upon arrival The
complainant advised the officer that the back door was partially open and his
uncles vehicle was not at home. The
investigating officer then entered the house through the back door which
entered inot the kitchen area. The officer then walked through the doorway
and looked into a bedroom which was located on the south side of the
residence. Inside the bedroom area the
officer observed the victim lying face down on floor with his hands and feet
tied togeather with some type of wire, there was also
a blue blanket over the head of the victim.
There was also a hatchet lying next to the head area on the
blanket. The officer then went back out
of the house and advised the radio operator to contact the CID office of the
Sheriff’s office. At approx. 20;25PM The scene was turned over to Det.
R.D. Clay and Det. Brockwell. The
